I am a photographer based in Orlando, FL.

My passion for photography developed as a young girl. I found a love and comfort within seeing the world through a lens. What first began as a passion and a hobby, matured into a dream and later my career and every day life. I established Macey Wright Photography & Design in early 2019, while furthering my education and gaining a degree in the field of Photography. My goal had always been to choose a career that would bring me happiness and joy. Now with my business, I get to use my skills and knowledge to bring those emotions to others as well.

Not everyone is comfortable in front of a camera. During my sessions, I do my best to make sure that my clients are relaxed and HAVING FUN! Between the posed shots and the candid, I strive to capture your most natural selves.

In Processing, you get to take the great and make it better. The process is the most time consuming step of all. As a trained professional, I ensure that every photo is individually refined to its most natural state of perfection, and never rushed.

FAQs

 

How long until I get to view my photos?

My busiest season is June-December. During this time, session turnaround times can be up to 6 weeks. I process in order of sessions, so feel free to ask me for my time estimate for your session. I cannot guarantee an exact time, I pride myself in quality and will never rush your photos!

Can I post my photos on social media?

Growing up in the digital age, I completely understand the desire to post your favorites on social media. Due to Copyright laws, you must purchase a digital file before you share or print it. Screenshotting or downloading from my website destroys the quality of the photos.

When do I pay my sitting fee?

For tax and organizational purposes, clients will now be asked to pay for their sitting fee through my website prior to the session. If it is not paid prior, I ask that you pay it within 24 hours post-session. You can pay during booking or through your email confirmation/reminders.

What if the weather does not cooperate?

My job unfortunately relies on the weather, so I am super flexible when it comes to postponing and choosing a rain date! I usually do not cancel a session due to weather until the day before or the day of. Our lovely state is very unpredictable so I  hold out hope as long as I can!

What location should we choose?

The location of your session is entirely your choice. I encourage clients to pick a location that may have significance to them, or one that represents their style and personality.  Upon booking you will receive an exclusive recommendation guide with mine & my clients favorite locations.

What should I wear? How many outfits?

I suggest wearing colors that compliment your skin tone & eyes, or reflect your personality. I do not recommend overly busy patterns. If you are having headshots done, stick to a plain and non-distracting shirt. Outfit changes depend on the session you choose, but I say 4 at most!
